Passion for our mission and vision is required!Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years of experience in a machine shop environmentKnowledge of cutting tools and machine shop tooling applicationsExcellent communication skillsAbility to use micrometers, calipers, height gages and dial indicatorsGeneral inventory knowledgeFamiliar with use of personal computersProblem solving and attention to detailSelf-motivation and ability to prioritize projects to meet completion datesDesired:Knowledge of common aerospace cutting tool coatingsExperience operating basic hand tools and grindersExperience operating mills and lathesExcellent blue print reading skills including GD&T per ASME Y14.5M-1994 standardFluent in use of precision hand toolsCutting tool length pre-setter experienceExperience operating heavy lifting equipment such as cranes and forklifts around flight critical hardwareOutside processing knowledge (heat treat, plating, coating, EDM, grinding, etc.)Culture StatementDon’t meet all desired requirements?
