Pickleball is the fastest-growing sport in the world, and The Picklr is meeting the demand for the ultimate pickleball experience with an inspiring, athlete- driven brand. Position Overview 
We are looking for passionate individuals who are self- motivated and love working with people for our Front Desk Coordinator position. The Front Desk Coordinator would be responsible for answering phones, checking members in for their reservations, and helping solve on the spot problems related to member services or our club offerings . You would get the opportunity to work closely with the members and help optimize their experience at the Picklr. 

Compensation:
$12/hour + free unlimited monthly membership to the Picklr

Shifts:
Monday-Thursday: 6am-1pm 
Monday-Thursday: 1pm-5pm
Monday-Thursday: 5pm-11pm
Friday-Sunday: 6am-1pm
Friday-Sunday: 1pm-5pm
Friday-Sunday: 5pm-11pm

Responsibilities 
Answer phone calls and messages that come into the club 
Greet and check in members for their reservations
Assist with keeping the Club clean and orderly at all times, including courts, floors, bathrooms, etc.
Provide members with the best experience possible through above and beyond customer service- 
Providing tours of the facility to educate prospective members on the Picklr’s offerings and converting these into membership sales
Utilize multiple programming apps to assist Club Coordinator in all organization of clinics, open play offerings, Leagues, and Tournaments. 
Handle all retail, merchandise, and food/beverage sales for front desk and pro shop areas
Responsible for maintaining inventory of all merchandise, food, and beverages. 

Qualifications 
1-3 years experience in customer service 
Outgoing personality
Positive and welcoming attitude
