The Event Assistant is a behind-the-scenes hero. You'll support the setup and execution of events throughout Arizona, work closely with marketing, maintain inventory, and make sure Mint Cannabis always shows up polished, professional, and full of good vibes.

What You'll Do
  • Support events from the ground up - literally - by loading, unloading, and setting up tents, tables, and promotional gear.
  • Transport items safely and on time to locations across the Valley.
  • Keep all event items clean, organized, and in working order (think: tents, tablecloths, branded materials).
  • Manage and track event inventory using Google Sheets.
  • Perform light warehouse tasks and inventory audits between events.
  • Pitch in wherever needed to make each event a success.
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling - evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays included.
  • Be a part of the Cannabis events you are helping set up! Great experience to tap into the industry.

What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in events, logistics, or warehouse work (preferred).
  • Confidence lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace - especially Sheets for tracking.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license, a clean record, and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
  • Must be at least 25 years old.
  • Must be eligible to work in cannabis and obtain a Facility Agent Card in Arizona.
  • A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to hustle behind the scenes.
