We are seeking a talented individual to join our Career Product team at Mercer. This role will be based in New York City, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Dublin Ireland, or London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
The Career business of Mercer, a Marsh business, supports Human Resources functions with a broad portfolio including rewards program design, talent management, and workforce transformation. Our global product portfolio spans compensation benchmarking, mobility benchmarking, workforce analytics, and talent information services, increasingly powered by AI.
As a Global Product Leader, you will drive strategic development, commercialization, and evolution of this portfolio, leading large, matrixed teams across regions and functions to deliver innovation and measurable commercial outcomes.
We will count on you to:
  • Lead global product strategy, development, and lifecycle management across a diverse HR product portfolio
  • Define and execute product vision aligned with business strategy, client needs, and market opportunities
  • Drive operational and technological transformation to modernize product delivery, scalability, and performance
  • Oversee end-to-end product management including ideation, design, build, launch, and continuous optimization
  • Deliver commercial outcomes such as revenue growth, margin expansion, and product adoption targets
  • Lead and inspire a large, global team operating effectively within a complex matrix across regions, consulting, technology, and sales
  • Partner closely with consulting, sales, technology, and regional leaders to ensure products are differentiated, commercially viable, and client-ready
  • Champion innovation, including responsible application of AI and advanced analytics to enhance product capabilities and client outcomes

What you need to have:
  • 10+ years of senior product leadership experience, ideally within product-led, technology, or professional services organizations
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products globally
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets in collaboration with sales and marketing
  • Experience leading and managing large, global teams (100+), with success in matrixed environments
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into executable plans
  • Creative, organized, and self-starting leader with a bias toward action and outcomes

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $211,200 to $316,800.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
