ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Sells and leases New and Pre-Owned Vehicles ensuring dealership profit and client satisfaction
  • Asks appropriate questions to determine client's needs
  • Provides expertise to clients regarding product performance, features, optional equipment and accessories
  • Utilizes dealership sales control and follow-up system
  • Follows protocol at every step of sales, finance and after-sales process
  • Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE   

  • Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
  • Self motivated enthusiast/career oriented presence in a team environment
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record 
  • Professional appearance and work ethic 
  • Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz product preferred, not required 
  • Luxury Sales Consultant experience preferred, not required
