Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mercedes-Benz Technician to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Mercedes-Benz vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Candidates with Mercedes-Benz certification and luxury automotive experience are strongly preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
  • Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems and special tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
  • Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards established by the dealership.
  • Document repair procedures and findings accurately in repair orders.
  • Stay current with Mercedes-Benz technical training and service bulletins.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and parts personnel to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver's license for at least two years with a clean driving record.
  • Minimum 2 years of automotive technician experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred

  • Mercedes-Benz Certified Technician status.
  • ASE Certifications.
  • Experience with luxury European vehicles.
  • Hybrid and EV service certification.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in a shop environment for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate vehicles and shop equipment safely.

Compensation

Salary Range: $70,000 – $130,000 annually
