Earn $35.99/hour with full benefits or $37.99/hour with the enhanced pay option + $7,500/yearly mileage stipend

Position Description

The ACT/FACT team nurse acts as a team player and shares in the responsibility of carrying out rehabilitation and support functions and assisting in treatment, substance abuse services, education, support and consultation to families and crisis intervention services under the clinical supervision of staff with professional degrees. The nurse is specifically responsible for medical and medication monitoring and education for those on the ACT/FACT team.
