Position Summary
Seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems during construction. The successful candidate will coordinate subcontractors, inspections, commissioning, and project turnover while ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project requirements.
Responsibilities
Manage daily MEP construction activities.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and controls contractors.
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules.
Coordinate inspections, commissioning, startup, and owner turnover.
Manage shutdowns, utility tie-ins, and phased construction activities.
Ensure quality, safety, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of MEP construction supervision experience.
Strong knowledge of commercial building systems.
Experience coordinating multiple MEP trades.
Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on hospitals, healthcare, mission-critical, laboratory, pharmaceutical, airport, higher education, or data center projects.
Commissioning and project turnover experience.
Procore or similar construction management software.
OSHA 30 certification.
