About the Role


This position requires U.S. citizenship.


We're seeking Revit professionals to join our on-site team in Arlington, Virginia. You'll support an ongoing program to modernize building documentation - converting legacy CAD files to a Revit-based BIM environment. Your work will directly enhance the value of building data for operations, maintenance, and renovation projects.



Responsibilities:


CAD / Revit Modeling

  • Create and maintain 3D Revit models of MEP systems
  • Convert legacy CAD and MicroStation files to LOD 300+ Revit models
  • Integrate LIDAR point clouds, redlines, field verification, and as-built data


BIM & Document Management

  • Support Revit template creation and BIM workflows
  • Conduct model QA/QC
  • Maintain model metadata and version control


Collaboration

  • Coordinate with GIS, engineering, project management, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in BIM meetings and contribute to continuous improvement


Records Management

  • Index drawings and models into a secure project data repository
  • Perform file conversions and ensure records compliance


Service & Reporting

  • Respond to service requests
  • Provide visual deliverables to support planning and project execution
  • Assist with training on BIM standards and tools



Qualifications:


Experience

  • 3+ years of Revit experience (AEC, facilities, construction, or related field)
  • Proficient with:
    • Autodesk Revit (3D modeling, families)
    • Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems modeling
  • Familiar with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and COBie
  • Experience with point clouds is a plus


Technical Skills

  • Autodesk Revit
  • Bluebeam Revu
  • Microsoft SharePoint & Office Suite


Additional Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Ability to pass background screening
  • On-site work: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
