Position Overview

Anchored Hope Mental Health Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our clinic, you will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse population, helping clients navigate their mental health challenges from the comfort of their homes. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work seamlessly through our innovative telehealth platform.

About the Organization

At Anchored Hope Mental Health Clinic, our mission is to enrich lives through exceptional mental health care. We pride ourselves on delivering a boutique counseling experience characterized by personalized attention and professional growth. Our administration team is deeply committed to supporting our therapists, allowing them to focus exclusively on client care rather than administrative burdens like paperwork and case management. With a vibrant caseload and an array of clients, our therapists benefit from a rich environment that fosters skill development and meaningful connections.

Work Environment

This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technology to provide therapy to a varied client base. Our team operates Monday to Friday, and you will enjoy the flexibility to choose your working hours, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering impactful therapy sessions. Through our telehealth platform, you will seamlessly engage with clients, providing them with the support they need during this critical phase of their lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their mental health status and needs.
  • Design, implement, and adapt individualized treatment plans tailored to the goals and needs of each client, drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions to adult clients by employing evidence-based and solution-focused strategies.
  • Utilize teletherapy effectively to maintain consistent client engagement and rapport.
  • Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, demonstrating prompt and effective decision-making skills.
  • Participate in regular professional development workshops and training initiatives to stay abreast of the latest trends and practices in mental health treatment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and life experiences, providing a rich tapestry of cases that will enhance your clinical skills and therapeutic insights.

Qualifications
  • A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
  • A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, ensuring you can build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and adept time-management techniques to manage your caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

While we welcome new graduate applications, candidates with prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in telehealth, will be given preference. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a robust salary, you will receive comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. We provide liability insurance for therapists, a retirement savings plan with a company match, and unlimited referrals to help you grow your client base effectively.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Anchored Hope, we are committed to your professional development. We encourage our therapists to continually advance their skills through training, workshops, and networking opportunities. You will have access to resources that facilitate your growth trajectory, ensuring that you can expand your practice while achieving your career goals.

Why Join Our Team

Become part of a supportive team dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and the community at large. Our unique clinical model prioritizes therapist satisfaction and client outcomes, providing an enriching workplace that respects work-life balance. If you are passionate about making a difference and seeking a rewarding career in mental health counseling, Anchored Hope is the place for you.
