A Mental Health Software Developer (Remote) is a technology professional who designs, builds, and maintains software applications aimed at supporting mental health services and initiatives. Working remotely, they may collaborate with clinicians, therapists, or researchers to create tools such as teletherapy platforms, mental health apps, or electronic health record systems. Their work involves writing code, troubleshooting software, and ensuring that solutions are user-friendly, secure, and compliant with relevant healthcare regulations. They play a crucial role in making mental health support more accessible and efficient through technology.

How does a mental health software developer typically collaborate with clinicians and other non-technical team members?

To thrive as a Mental Health Software Developer (Remote), you need strong programming skills (such as Python, Java, or JavaScript), experience with software design, and a background in computer science or a related field. Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (like HIPAA), cloud-based platforms, and relevant frameworks or APIs is also important. • Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.

What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary.
  • Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and holidays).
  • 100% remote work.
  • The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) w/ 4% match.
  • Ample opportunity for career advancement.
  • Continuing education opportunities.
