Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, PLPC)

  • 4-day work week (4x10-hour days) - (Hours: 7:30am - 6:00pm)
  • OR traditional 5-day schedule (8-hour days) - (Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm)
  • No weekends required

Compensation
  • $50,620 - $55,619.20 (Provisional License: LMSW / PLPC)
  • $56,120 - $61,110.40 (Fully Licensed: LCSW / LPC)

About the Role
As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide counseling services to children, adults, and families with a wide range of needs-from life transitions to more complex mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.
You'll use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team. Caseload: Typically 80-85 clients (Supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce non-clinical workload)
What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
  • Complete intakes, assessments, and treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers
  • Participate in team meetings and case consultations
  • Follow up on missed appointments to support client engagement

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • LMSW, PLPC, LCSW, or LPC (or eligible-new graduates encouraged to apply)
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in a mental health setting
  • Valid driver's license or State ID for current State of residence.
