As a key member of the executive leadership team, you'll help shape the future of our organization by providing executive oversight of finance, operations, technology, human resources, compliance, and organizational strategy.This is an opportunity to combine sound financial stewardship with meaningful mission impact, ensuring our domestic and international ministries have the resources, systems, and operational support they need to thrive.What You'll DoExecutive LeadershipPartner with the Executive Director to develop and implement organizational strategy.Serve as a trusted advisor on financial, operational, and organizational matters.Present financial and operational reports to the Board of Directors.Provide leadership during organizational change and crisis response.Financial StewardshipLead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.Oversee financial reporting, internal controls, audits, investments, and organizational assets.Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic adjustments.Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and investment partners.Risk & ComplianceProvide executive oversight of legal, tax, employment, HIPAA, benefits, and regulatory compliance.Assess operational, financial, and reputational risks across domestic and international operations.Develop strategies that strengthen compliance while reducing organizational risk.Operational ExcellenceProvide executive oversight of Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.Improve organizational systems, processes, and operational effectiveness.Evaluate new technologies and operational tools that improve efficiency.Partner with ministry leaders to ensure operations effectively support mission work.Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead and develop the Directors of Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Support recruiting, succession planning, and employee engagement.Guide performance management and employment decisions in partnership with Human Resources.What You'll BringWe're looking for a servant leader who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence.Required QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperienced CPA (active or inactive license accepted)Five or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in finance or accountingExperience leading multidisciplinary teamsStrong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, audit, and internal control experiencePreferred QualificationsMaster's degreeNonprofit leadership experienceExperience working across cultures or in international settingsYou'll Be Successful If You...Lead with humility, integrity, and accountability.Build strong relationships across departments and with external partners.Communicate complex financial and operational information clearly.Balance mission, people, compliance, and financial stewardship.Thrive in collaborative, mission-driven environments.Why Join Mennonite Mission Network?At Mennonite Mission Network, your work supports a global mission of sharing God's love and reconciliation.
