Full-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience

Menno Haven is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our Maintenance team! In this role, you will perform a variety of electrical work across our senior living community while supporting renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and fixtures.
  • Diagnose electrical issues and perform repairs in a timely manner.
  • Support renovation and remodeling projects across Menno Haven.
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed Electrician in the Borough of Chambersburg, PA required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of electrical experience preferred.
  • Prior renovation or residential service experience strongly preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record required.
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to follow directions required.
  • Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently required.
  • Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have strong customer service skills required.
  • Must maintain a clean, neat appearance required.
  • Must possess a good work ethic, dependability, flexibility and be punctual required.
  • Experience is senior living is a plus.
