Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Have a great insight into C-side energy storage market, assist the company to develop international market & brand strategic planning, develop and implement the overall strategy for product, commerce, marketing channel and delivery.
  • Develop the global market GTM strategies of products and manage product sales lifecycle in collaboration with various functional areas (R&D, Marketing, Retail, Service, Delivery, etc.) based on organizational requirements within project latitude.
  • Carry out the system construction and business development of distribution and retail channels in North American market, and maintain the market order of channels at all levels, such as KA stores, channel agents, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, etc.
  • Plan and implement independent marketing, joint marketing, digital marketing based on the market environment of portable energy storage and consumer electronic products.
  • Develop product market price strategies, maximize product revenue (sales/profit/user market), and be responsible for product operation results.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing/Branding/Business-related majors, fluent in English and be familiar with the local environment of the United States.
  • Have more than 8 years' experience in the integration of the U.S. channel market of consumer electronics product and have the knowledge and experience of energy storage / photovoltaic / power supply is preferred.
  • Be familiar with the market dynamics and development trend of the lithium/energy storage market in Europe and the United States, proficient in marketing strategies and brand marketing activities with certain channel customer resources and have some successful cases of marketing landing is preferred.
  • This position is based in the United States and there will be business trips to Shanghai, China.
  • Being familiar with North American channels such as Walmart, Lowe's, The Home Depot, Harbor Freight, Menards, Rona, CTC is preferred.
