• Conduct thorough mental health assessments through interviews and standardized screening tools to understand clients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Create individualized, evidence-based treatment strategies designed to address both immediate concerns and long-term goals, documenting all progress meticulously.
• Lead individual and group therapy sessions while employing various therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches based on client preferences and clinical best practices.
• Maintain regular collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, creating a comprehensive support system to enhance client recovery and well-being.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions and psychoeducation meetings, providing families with tools and understanding to actively engage in the treatment process.
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, keeping meticulous records and maintaining client confidentiality in all documentation.

Our diverse clientele consists of individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and adjustment issues. You will gain valuable experience working with clients from different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, thereby enhancing your cultural competence and ability to provide tailored support.

• A valid and active license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or an equivalent field.
• Extensive training or demonstrated experience in mental health counseling, particularly with diverse populations.
• A strong understanding of evidence-based practices applicable to various mental health diagnoses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients effectively throughout their recovery journey.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, necessary for successful team dynamics and patient care.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care models, particularly for clients with complex trauma histories.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Proficiency in different therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or mindfulness-based therapies.
