Confidential Search | Skilled Nursing Facility

An established skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Memory Care Director to lead our dementia care program. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about enhancing the quality of life for residents living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.

Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee all aspects of the Memory Care program.

  • Develop and implement engaging, person-centered dementia programming.

  • Collaborate with Nursing, Therapy, Activities, Social Services, and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Train and mentor staff on dementia care best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.

  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

  • Monitor quality measures and implement continuous program improvements.

Qualifications
  • Previous Memory Care leadership experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or assisted living setting.

  • Strong understanding of dementia care principles and regulatory standards.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Experience with quality improvement initiatives.

  • Nursing license or healthcare leadership background preferred (depending on state requirements).
