We serve veterans and their families by providing them with expert guidance and support in navigating their life insurance and accidental benefit options. You will play a vital role in helping members secure the coverage they need to protect their loved ones and their legacies. Responsibilities:
  • Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
  • Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
  • Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.

Required Skills
  • Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
  • Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
