We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about serving others. We serve veterans and their families by providing them with expert guidance and support in navigating their life insurance and accidental benefit options. You will play a vital role in helping members secure the coverage they need to protect their loved ones and their legacies. Responsibilities:
  • Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database
  • Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
  • Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing any concerns or questions, and offering support as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support after their policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
  • Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.

Required Skills

  • Have computer experience, organizational and time management skills
