Mr. Splash Car Wash is looking for a Highly Skilled Membership Sales Associate!


The Membership Sales Associate is a key player in driving our business, working in Sales lanes to provide top-tier customer service while informing the customers of our Unlimited Wash

Memberships. This role is vital for growing our membership base as well as ensuring positive customer experience. While the primary focus is on membership sales, the Membership Sales Associate may also assist with daily operations as needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with customers to educate them about the benefits of our unlimited wash memberships and all wash services.
  • Provide excellent and professional customer service to drive membership sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Build connections with current and potential members, educate about the benefits of memberships.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Meet and or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales goals by converting existing customers into our unlimited membership program.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and membership data.
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable work area. 
  • Maintain presence in the sales lanes in adverse weather conditions, being able to stand upwards of 8 hours per shift.
  • Promote and Sell Unlimited Wash Memberships.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and needs.
  • Informing customers of wash operations and benefits.
  • Assisting with daily site operations.
  • Complete other duties assigned by Management. 

Work Conditions:

  • Membership Sales Associates need to be physically fit and are expected to work in all types of weather. Work shifts are typically 4-8 hours long and may include evenings and weekends. Staff may be required to wear their own clothes (excluding what is required by Mr. Splash Car Wash) that are appropriate for the working conditions.

 

Qualifications:

  •     Mechanical knowledge highly recommended
  •     Experience in customer care (minimum 2 years)
