What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Team Lead, you’ll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our guests and team have a larger-than-life experience. You’ll train team members to make sure our service is top-notch, assist managers with operations, and help bring our group events to life! This means everything from keeping the team staffed and happy, to learning the numbers, to making sure every show is picture-perfect. Most of all, you’ll be working with a team to create an atmosphere that’s pure magic for both our guests and your fellow employees.  

Your Responsibilities Include:

Being the face of Megaplex, always ready to deliver quality guest service.  

  • Helping with all the action in the Megaplex.  
  • Keeping things clean and safe for everyone.  
  • Making sure our inventory is on point.  
  • Tackling any projection issues that come up.  
  • Ensuring our building and public areas sparkle.  
  • Leading and developing our awesome team.  
  • And other duties as assigned!  

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Show:

  • Experience in theatre management and/or guest service.  
  • Exceptional guest service, leadership, and motivational skills.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & organization skills.  
  • Proficient computer skills.  
  • Working knowledge of AV equipment and POS systems.  
  • The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.  
  • A passion for teaching and developing your team.  
  • The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).  
  • Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).  
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).  

The Pay:

Team Leads start between $13-14/hour, depending on location.  

Showtime Hours:

Our theatre hours can run from 6 am to 2 am, with morning shifts typically starting between 8 am and 10 am and ending around 5 pm or 6 pm. Evening shifts usually start between 3 pm and 6 pm, and you might be working until midnight or even 2 am on those busy nights (like Discount Tuesdays!). Â
