Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to formulate appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans, tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions virtually or via telehealth platforms.
• Document client sessions meticulously, preparing treatment plans, follow-up assessments, and case notes in accordance with company policies.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients, employing innovative and creative therapeutic techniques to support their goals.
• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, and family members to coordinate comprehensive care and support services for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure an engaging and constructive therapy experience for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. Our center addresses a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and trauma, empowering individuals and families through transformative therapeutic experiences.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Proven competence in mental health documentation, including developing comprehensive treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, allowing for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries in therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrated cultural competency and comfort working with a diverse clientele.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly with children, adolescents, couples, and families.
• Experience working in community health settings and a general understanding of local resources available to clients.
• Familiarity with the operational aspects of fee collections and insurance processing within mental health services.

• The position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
