Job description

Summary/Objective

Responsible for assisting the molding team. This team member must maintain a positive attitude and have a high level of integrity.

Essential Roles

  • This position requires flexibility to learn new positions anywhere in the company.
  • This position supports the shift lead.
  • Understand basic operation of ovens.
  • Participate in all quality testing procedures on product.
  • Understand and follow all standard operating procedures to ensure quality products are produced in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Report all errors in product line using Non-Conformance Report (NCR)
  • Assist in identifying root causes of issues and eliminate quality problems.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
  • Able to Perform and retain a series of operations correctly and consistently.
  • Captures and understands build procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned
