Customer Service Representative

Tank Holding Corporation has become the market leader and manufacturer of rotationally molded poly and welded steel bulk storage and material handling products in North America. Tank is growing rapidly and is always working to expand its capabilities and diversify product offerings consistent with the company values of growth and service to its customers.

Tank Holding is a pioneer in the design and development of plastic products, delivers superior, ergonomically designed, antimicrobial rotomolded plastic solutions for linen transport, material handling and storage.

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting our Tank Brand product line. You'll be providing exceptional service for our existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing a high volume of orders from end to end, responding to email inquiries and working with the sales team.
  • Answering incoming calls concerning a variety of topics.
  • Configuring truckload quantities of our products to prepare for shipment.
  • Responsible for the intake process for warranty-related questions or customer complaints.
  • Communicating daily with production and logistics to coordinate order flow and shipments.
  • Required experience – proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, exceptional communication & organizational skills in an office environment. Must be able to work individually and as a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to sudden changes created by the priority or urgency of work assignments.
  • Education required – a high school diploma or GED equivalent. A college degree is preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years with prior experience in customer service with a capacity showing ability to demonstrate care for customers while calmly handling occasionally difficult interactions
  • Industry experience preferred – basic knowledge of manufacturing and logistics.
