Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Business Analyst will be part of a complex, global, matrixed talent acquisition function with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Sourcing and Workday HR onboarding technologies, solid business analyst skills and a strong knowledge of HR recruitment processes.

Responsibilities include: 
Monitor and provide tier 2 support for Taleo and Sourcing production environments 
Document business and system requirements in accordance with Medtronic IT polices 
Work with the testers, developers and 3rd party vendors on issue analysis and defect resolution 
Engage Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand processes and application needs; support development of system strategies to accelerate growth and capability within the function
Manage full-cycle complex global technical enhancements 
Collaborate with IT colleagues to identify process improvements 
Create, enhance, and maintain global reports within Oracle Business Intelligence module 
Problem solve systems issues, analyze data sets and work with testers, Oracle support and 3rd party vendors on identifying and implementing solutions

Qualifications

Must Haves: 
Experience in Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing 
Ability to manage multiple tasks 
Strong knowledge of HR Recruitment processes and procedures 
Education Required: Bachelor Degree 
Years Experience Required: 2-5 Year of experience administering and configuring Oracle Taleo Recruiting and Sourcing
