About Us:
At PureSkin Aesthetic & Laser Center, we believe beauty isnโ€™t one-size-fits-all. Our experts assess your unique features and goals to design a results-driven plan using the most advanced techniques available in Bismarck!
Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position (3 days per week). The ideal candidate is skilled in delivering relaxing yet results-oriented facials and has a deep understanding of skin health, with a strong ability to customize treatments based on client needs and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas:
  • CNA license, Permanent Make up, Lash extensions, massage.

  • Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
  • Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
  • Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
  • Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
  • Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in North Dakota
  • Minimum of 1โ€“2 years of hands-on experience performing facials, microneedling and skincare treatments
  • Passionate about skincare and client results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual, professional, and polished appearance

Schedule & Perks:
  • Part-Time: 2-3 days per week (24 hours)* Must be flexible and available to work Mondays
