About the Team:
Ready to build your career at the intersection of life sciences and cutting-edge AI? As a Coordinator for the Medidata product marketing team, you will drive the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, sales enablement tools, and customer-facing collateral. This role is built for a driven professional who wants to learn from industry leaders, master go-to-market execution, and directly support a portfolio that eliminates data fragmentation and manual workarounds for clinical trial teams globally. You will collaborate cross-functionally across both the Medidata and Dassault Systèmes portfolios to ensure our field teams have the exact resources they need to win.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the development and rollout of marketing assets, sales enablement tools, and internal communication materials for the Data Experience portfolio
  • Support cross-functional workflows between product development, sales, and global marketing teams to keep go-to-market timelines on track
  • Assist in gathering customer testimonials, case studies, and field proof points that showcase our market strength
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence tracking to help the team refine product positioning and create a clear separation from competitors
  • Project manage content pipelines for industry events, including tracking abstract submissions and coordinating presentation logistics
  • Leverage approved AI tools to optimize the creation, formatting, and delivery of marketing and sales enablement materials
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally within the healthcare, life sciences, or B2B SaaS space
  • Exceptional writing, editorial, and organizational skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Proactive mindset with a strong desire to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams
  • Proven ability to track milestones, manage multiple project timelines, and deliver high-quality work autonomously
The salary range posted below refers only to positions that will be physically based in New York City. As with all roles, Medidata sets ranges based on a number of factors including function, level, candidate expertise and experience, and geographic location. Pay ranges for candidates in locations other than New York City, may differ based on the local market data in that region. The base salary pay range for this position located in New York is $66,000-$88,000.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Medidata provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a commission on the terms of applicable plan documents, and many of Medidata's non-sales positions are eligible for annual bonuses. Medidata believes that benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most and provides benefits, including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, family leave, flexible paid time off; and 10 paid holidays per year.
