A hospital in eastern Ohio has an opportunity for a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to provide locum coverage.


Opportunity Highlights:

  • Schedule: 24-hour call shifts
  • Duties: Hospital rounding, surgery (elective and emergent), and assistance in clinic
  • Cases: Cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and CABG surgery
  • Preferred Skills: Removal of chest tubes, pulmonary artery catheters, epicardial wires, and intra-aortic balloon pumps, and vein and artery harvesting
  • Support Staff: Office supervisor
  • EMR: Meditech and eCW
  • Must be board-certified
  • Paid travel & expenses
