Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health

Duncan, Oklahoma

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) who thrives in a more personal, patient-focused setting. In this role, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own patients, build meaningful relationships, and deliver high-quality care in the home—whether supporting recovery or providing comfort-focused hospice care.


What You’ll Do:

Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes

Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients

Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed

Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team

Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression

Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
