Job description

We are seeking an LPN CNA Or MA In South Philadelphia-Immediate Start to join our team! You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide high quality patient-centered care in a team based environment. We are an independent primary care office that focuses heavily on providing quality care to patients for their needs. Please be advised, only SERIOUS candidates apply who meet the criteria. Also, candidates must be willing to accept salaries of $ 16-18 per hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient care under direction of staff
  • Sterilize and prepare medical exam rooms and equipment
  • Gathering all HPI, Vitals, Medical Histories of a patient
  • Preparing medication reconciliations
  • Verifying allergies
  • Performing EKG's
  • Collecting Urine Specimen
  • Collecting important and relevant quality screenings including Depression Screenings/Alcohol Screenings and Comprehensive visits
  • Collaborates with care team on quality measures and gaps in care
  • Completes referrals/pre certifications/prior authorizations
  • Answers phones in between rooming patients
  • Calls patients with pre-determined medical messaging
  • Working collaboratively as a team
  • Maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Document accurately and completely in the EMR (E Clinical Works)
  • All other duties as assigned
