As a Medical Assistant on our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting both patients and providers in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment. The Opportunity
In this role, you'll provide both clinical and administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. You'll work closely with providers and patients to support smooth daily operations, maintain efficient workflows, and contribute to positive patient outcomes through attentive, compassionate care.
What You'll Do
Patient Care & Clinical Support
  • Obtain and record patient medical histories, vitals, and test results
  • Prepare treatment and exam rooms for clinical examinations
  • Assist practitioners with medical procedures and patient care
  • Administer medications under physician supervision
  • Assist with patient transfers pre- and post-procedure
  • Deliver compassionate support to patients and families
Administrative & Front Office Support
  • Receive and direct phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and check in patients
  • Collect and update patient information, ensuring all forms and consents are completed
Operations & Inventory
  • Prepare equipment and clean instruments
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and stock exam rooms appropriately
Compliance & Quality
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Complete all required annual training by assigned deadlines
