Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Our client is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join their specialty clinic team! As the first point of contact for patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage schedules
  • Check patients in and out, verifying information and collecting necessary paperwork
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
