In your role as an LICSW, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Deliver psychotherapy services utilizing a range of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) among other solution-focused techniques, catering to the unique needs of each patient.
• Document clinical interactions and maintain up-to-date, accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.
• Engage in cohesive teamwork by collaborating with a network of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide comprehensive care and enhance patient outcomes.
• Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to refine clinical skills and contribute to the ongoing development of treatment protocols.
• Deliver educational resources and support to patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice to ensure the highest standards of care.

Your work will primarily involve supporting individuals with a wide array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. This diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults, allowing you to utilize your skills across different age groups and backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in not only addressing immediate mental health concerns but also fostering long-term wellness in the community.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience focused on providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting.
• Proficiency in using solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and interventions to achieve client goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trust and rapport with clients.

• Experience working remotely or familiarity with teletherapy practices would be advantageous.
