Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking a warm and organized Administrative Clinic Registration Specialist to join a dedicated healthcare team serving the Midwest region. This role is essential in welcoming patients and visitors, managing patient flow efficiently, scheduling appointments, and handling registration duties with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, maintain smooth patient flow, schedule and confirm appointments, manage incoming calls, update patient demographics, and perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Certification as a Medical Assistant is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience
At least six months of office experience is strongly preferred, ideally within a medical office environment.
