Perris Oases is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver & Med-Tech to join our team in Perris, CA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal care and daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Administer medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with care plans and state regulations
  • Monitor and document residents' health status, behaviors, and any changes in condition
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure resident safety
  • Build trusting, supportive relationships with residents and their families
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for all residents
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and healthcare team members regarding resident needs
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a caregiver, CNA, home health aide, or in a similar caregiving role preferred
  • Valid California Medication Technician (Med-Tech) certification or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
