Job Summary
Bellflower Unified School District is seeking an enthusiastic, student-centered Career Technical Education (CTE) Health Science & Medical Technology Teacher to provide engaging, industry-aligned instruction that prepares students for success in postsecondary education, healthcare careers, and the workforce.
The successful candidate will develop and deliver a rigorous, hands-on Health Science & Medical Technology pathway that connects academic learning with real-world healthcare applications. The teacher will create a supportive learning environment where students develop technical skills, professional competencies, employability skills, and an understanding of career pathways within the healthcare industry.
The pathway should emphasize career exploration, health and safety, medical terminology, healthcare systems, patient care concepts, professionalism, communication, ethics, and other appropriate Health Science & Medical Technology pathway competencies.
