Medical Technologist Managers are healthcare professionals who oversee laboratory operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate and timely testing in clinical laboratories. They are responsible for supervising medical technologists and technicians, maintaining quality control, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, they play a key role in budgeting, training, and implementing new technologies or procedures in the lab.
