Lincoln Tech seeks experienced Medical Assistants to join our team as Instructors and help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your successful transition into education.
As a part-time Medical Assisting Instructor, you'll have access to all the tools and resources needed to effectively deliver our curriculum and inspire students pursuing Medical Assisting careers. If you're passionate about sharing your expertise and influencing the future of healthcare, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Medical Assisting courses using Lincoln Tech's established, ACCSC-accredited curriculum
  • Provide hands-on skills training in our fully equipped medical laboratory
  • Prepare students for the Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) exam through American Medical Technologists (AMT)
  • Teach safety protocols and compliance standards
  • Foster student development, professionalism, and accountability
  • Monitor and communicate student progress effectively
  • Create an engaging, motivating classroom environment
  • Prepare students for successful healthcare careers

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of Medical Assistant experience
  • Current RMA, CMA (AAMA), or CCMA (NHA) certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel
  • Teaching or coaching experience is a plus
