Medical Science Liaison, US CNS Oncology

Field-Based, Western Region U.S. / Full Time / Exempt / Permanent

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide field-based medical information, scientific data, and education to healthcare professionals on Novocure's FDA-approved and pipeline products
  • Develop and maintain successful relationships with thought leaders, clinical investigators, and other providers in the scientific community
  • Support the Clinical Operations organization, as needed, in Novocure-sponsored research
  • Serve as the primary liaison with investigators interested in discussing and developing investigator-initiated research involving TTFields, inovitro, or Novocure investigational products
  • Ensure compliance in all scientific communications and education related to disease states of interest to Novocure
  • Attend and provide scientific support for US Scientific Affairs activities and scientific sessions at regional and national congress meetings
  • Serve as a critical resource for in-office Medical Affairs teams by articulating insights gathered in the field and helping strategize impactful dissemination plans
  • Serve as an internal scientific resource for training and educational support

ABOUT YOU

  • Advanced scientific or clinical degree preferred with 1-2 years of experience as an MSL or in a comparable role
  • At least 2 years of combined oncology or industry experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex scientific information
  • Demonstrated fluency in articulating scientific concepts and clinical data
  • Strong judgment and ability to adapt in a dynamic, evolving environment
  • Strategic, passionate self-starter who takes initiative and works independently
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across both large and small teams
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
  • Ability to work remotely and lift up to 50 pounds

WHAT WE OFFER

The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $166,000-197,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits. Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.
