Primary Job Functions:
Guest Experience Specialists work closely with the Spa Manager, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physicians Assistant, Esthetician, and other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Reflect VIOs core values in every interaction
  • Greet guests and answer phone calls
  • Pamper and serve the guest, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Gather accurate guest information and ensure completion of all necessary forms and paperwork
  • Schedule guest services, assist with filling openings, and manage reschedules or cancellations
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, including the lobby area
  • Record and bill treatments accurately, applying discounts, rewards points, and special offers as needed
  • Confirm guest appointments and procedures, reviewing health and spa policies with guests
  • Respond to emails and voice messages in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate spa services and treatment information to guests
  • Use initiative to find suitable alternatives for guests with contraindications
  • Perform general administrative duties, ensuring all information is recorded, maintained, and communicated accurately
  • Maintain retail environment by organizing and replenishing products
  • Ensure required opening and closing procedures are completed and checklists recorded
