Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

MLR is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our client's Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for Med/Surg patients.
  • Monitor and manage patients with a variety of medical conditions, including post-surgical recovery and chronic illnesses.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy while closely monitoring patient responses.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation to support continuity of care.
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license in Idaho (or eligibility to obtain).
