Coordinate Positions: Estheticians work closely with a Collaborating Physician, Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physicianโ€™s Assistant, Body Contour Specialist, Guest Experience Specialists and Spa Manager

Subordinate Positions: none

Position Summary (Purpose): The Master Esthetician may administer professional facials, chemical peels, HydraFacials, Glo2 Facial treatments, laser treatments, exfoliation treatments and microdermabrasion. The Master Esthetician may provide other spa service recommendations, as well as assist in development and growth of spa sales. Preferred medical spa and laser experience. Must be customer focused and sales driven.

- Perform esthetic laser treatments for skin rejuvenation
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and managing client records
- Perform hair threading services for clients
- Apply knowledge of color theory to provide customized makeup looks
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in esthetics, including dermal fillers
