wHydrate Newnan is a wellness-focused IV hydration and vitamin therapy med spa offering IV infusions, IM injections, and wellness services in a comfortable, upscale, spa-like environment. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Lead Infusion Specialist (Registered Nurse) to join and help lead our growing team.

Our Infusion Specialists work in modern storefront clinics with standard retail hours, providing exceptional client care in a lower-stress environment compared to traditional hospital settings. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong IV skills, excellent bedside manner, leadership abilities, and a passion for health and wellness.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has exceptional IV skills and confidence with venipuncture
• Provides outstanding bedside manner and client-focused care
• Can educate clients on hydration therapy, vitamins, minerals, and wellness services in an approachable and reassuring way
• Has previous leadership, supervisory, charge nurse, preceptor, or management experience in a healthcare setting (required)
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Leads by example and helps foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
• Is dependable, accountable, and willing to assist with clinic coverage needs, including occasional coverage for call-outs when necessary
• Assists with training, mentoring, and supporting new team members
• Can confidently oversee clinic operations when management is not on-site
• Works well in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Understands the importance of creating a relaxing, elevated client experience

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Serve as the clinical leader and primary resource for the Newnan team
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new Infusion Specialists
• Help oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure company protocols and standards are consistently followed
• Assist with scheduling needs and help maintain adequate clinic coverage
• Support coverage for staffing gaps and unexpected call-outs when needed
• Partner closely with store leadership to maintain a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment
• Promote exceptional client experiences and uphold wHydrate standards at all times

Compensation & Benefits:
