wHydrate Newnan is a wellness-focused IV hydration and vitamin therapy med spa offering IV infusions, IM injections, and wellness services in a comfortable, upscale, spa-like environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Lead Infusion Specialist (Registered Nurse or Paramedic) to join and help lead our growing team.

Our Infusion Specialists work in modern storefront clinics with standard retail hours, providing exceptional client care in a lower-stress environment compared to traditional hospital settings. Enjoy predictable retail hours, no overnight shifts, and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with repeat clients while helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or Georgia Paramedic license
  • Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills (required)
  • Previous healthcare leadership experience (charge nurse, preceptor, supervisor, lead, or management) required
  • Weekend availability

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling needs and help maintain adequate clinic coverage
  • Support clinic staffing needs when necessary
  • Partner closely with store leadership to maintain a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment
  • Promote exceptional client experiences and uphold wHydrate standards at all times


Compensation & Benefits

  • $25.00–$27.50/hour + tips (based on experience)
  • Many Lead Infusion Specialists average $35+/hour in total compensation when tips are included
  • $150 monthly healthcare stipend
