We are currently looking for a dynamic and friendly Aesthetic Nurse (Injector) to join our Aesthetics team! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced / passionate aesthetic injector use their skillset at a fast-growing, elite luxury franchise establishment in a prime location.


Position Summary: To provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments, as well as treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include: anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, dermaroller, mesotherapy, lip enhancement, buttocks enhancement, cryolipolysis and other fat reduction treatments, chemical peels, laser treatments andmicrodermabrasion, etc..


You'll report to the Lead Aesthetic Nurse (Injector) and/or Spa Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Provide aesthetic non-surgical / comprehensive cosmetic evaluation, educate guests about potential treatment options
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques and product knowledge with a focus on delivering natural-looking results
  • Strong ability to build strong guest relationships and rapport. Provide quality experience with great bedside manner while establishing wellness/aesthetic goals. Must have Brand promotions awareness.
  • Individual attributes required - Team Player / Able to build strong guest relationships/rapport / Provide quality experience w/ great bedside manner while establishing wellness/aesthetic goals / Brand promotions awareness
  • Screening guests and assessing patients skin related health concerns and other skin issues such as aging
  • Prepare guests procedures and conduct post procedure consultation
  • Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize medical tools, maintain a clean and organized treatment environment and adhere to sanitation protocols
  • Stay current on industry trends, new products, and advanced techniques through continuous education and training
  • Working with aestheticians and GES to provide comprehensive treatment plans
  • Comply with all HIPAA and OSHA federal and state regulations
  • Participate in trainings as required by management
  • Participate in internal and external events as needed
  • Be diligent in adhering to company standards, scripts and protocol
  • Administering non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as PDO threads, peels
  • Anti-aging treatments (body/facial), dermal fillers, thread lifts, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, body contouring, cryolipolysis, laser hair removal and other weight loss treatments, chemical peels & IV therapy

Qualifications:

  • RN, APRN, PA
  • Legally certified registered nurse (RN) within the jurisdiction of employment
  • Knowledge of current Aesthetic treatment practices, products and trends
  • One year or more injecting experience
  • Comfortable consulting patients regarding cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans


Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
  • Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPE
  • Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills
