Job description

NOW HIRING: Per Diem Registered Nurse Injector

Your Health Solutions is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Per Diem Registered Nurse Injector to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in Portland, Connecticut.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aesthetic nurse looking for a flexible schedule while working in a luxury, patient-focused medical spa.

Position Details

  • Per Diem (PRN)
  • Hours and shifts scheduled based on patient demand and business needs
  • Minimum scheduled shift of four (4) hours
  • Opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow
  • Competitive compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Perform Botox and other FDA-approved neuromodulator treatments in accordance with Medical Director protocols.
  • Perform dermal filler treatments (lips, cheeks, chin, jawline, and facial rejuvenation) if appropriately trained and credentialed.
  • Perform microneedling treatments and educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care.
  • Start IVs and administer IV hydration and wellness therapies in accordance with Medical Director protocols and Connecticut regulations.
  • Administer vitamin injections and other provider-approved wellness treatments.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and aesthetic assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on natural-looking, safe results.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, and aftercare.
  • Monitor patients throughout treatments and respond appropriately to any adverse events.
  • Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation, including treatment notes, medication lot numbers, and informed consent.
  • Follow all infection control, OSHA, HIPAA, and safety standards.
  • Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and medication inventory.
  • Deliver an exceptional luxury patient experience while building long-term patient relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director and team to promote patient retention and practice growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to remain current with aesthetic and wellness treatments.

Qualifications

  • Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
  • Previous experience with cosmetic injectables preferred.
  • Experience with dermal fillers, microneedling, and IV therapy preferred.
  • Botox certification or equivalent aesthetic training preferred.
  • Strong IV insertion and venipuncture skills.
  • Excellent communication, consultation, and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work independently while following Medical Director protocols and Connecticut regulations.
  • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient care.
