Job description

Medical Clinic Practice Manager Medi-Weightloss of Orlando, FL Full-Time · Competitive Pay + 401(k) Match + PTO

Love wellness? Born to lead? If you live a healthy lifestyle and light up when you help others change theirs, we want to meet you. Medi-Weightloss of Orlando is hiring a Practice Manager to run the day-to-day of a fast-growing clinic — and help patients transform their lives one visit at a time.

About Medi-Weightloss

We're not just a weight loss clinic — we're a catalyst for real, lasting health transformations. As a leading franchise on the front lines of the obesity epidemic, our medically supervised programs help patients live longer, healthier, happier lives. Our Orlando location is growing fast, and we're looking for results-driven leaders to grow with us.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you're the heartbeat of the clinic. You'll lead a passionate team, build real relationships with patients, hit ambitious sales targets, and keep operations humming — all while making a tangible impact on people's lives. It's leadership, sales, and hands-on clinical work rolled into one of the most rewarding roles in healthcare.

You'll own everything that happens inside the clinic: clinical care, financial performance, daily operations, team development, and patient experience.

Why You'll Love It Here
  • Make a real difference. Help patients reclaim their health, energy, and confidence.

  • Grow your career. A rapidly expanding franchise means real opportunities for advancement.

  • Never get bored. Leadership, sales, and clinical work — every day is different.

  • Work with people you actually like. Our team is passionate, supportive, and obsessed with wellness.

  • Sundays and Mondays off. Yes, really. A schedule that gives you a true weekend.

What You'll DoLead the Team
  • Build genuine relationships with patients and staff, in person and on the phone.

  • Hit and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

  • Mentor, coach, and develop staff to reach their goals — fostering accountability and teamwork.

  • Run weekly team meetings that align everyone, deliver training, and keep the clinic consistent with franchise standards.

  • Set the bar for cleanliness, accountability, and operational excellence through hands-on leadership.

  • Juggle priorities like a pro — organized, deadline-driven, and accurate.

  • Spot problems early and solve them fast, whether they're clinical, operational, or people-related.

Run the Business
  • Oversee daily operations: opening and closing, patient registration, scheduling, and secure cash handling.

  • Own the details: benefit verification, EMR reporting, product sales, inventory, and banking.

  • Use company-approved phone scripts to schedule appointments and engage patients effectively.

  • Lead compelling one-on-one consultations to onboard new patients and grow the practice.

  • Follow up with patients to keep them on track, re-engage no-shows, and deliver standout experiences.

Deliver Clinical Care
  • Perform clinical tasks: vitals, EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy (we'll train you if needed).

  • Coach patients weekly on nutrition and progress — the part of the job that changes lives.

  • Document patient progress accurately in charts and our EMR system.

  • Pitch in on additional clinical duties to support the team.

Who You Are
  • You live what you preach — a healthy lifestyle is part of who you are.

  • You have working knowledge of nutrition and exercise, from basic to advanced.

  • You've managed or led in a medical clinic before, and you were good at it.

  • You thrive when trusted to run things at a fast pace — independent, self-directed, no micromanaging needed.

  • Your work ethic is the kind people notice. You show up, you follow through, and you don't cut corners.

  • You're a natural at sales and customer service. You build trust quickly and turn conversations into commitments.
