What youwill do

The Medical Education Associate coordinates the planning and execution of educational programs,thirdpartyexhibits, sponsorships, and key customer engagements. This role managesendtoendeventlogistics- including coordinating intake and submission of requests, communicating request status, securingequipmentand providing logistical communications and on-site support. This role partners withcrossfunctionaland third-party stakeholders, ensures all activities meet compliance requirements and documentation standards, and captures customer insights to help continuously improve program delivery and effectiveness.

  • Support the planning and execution of regional trade shows, congresses, medical education programs, physiciantrainings, and key customer events.

  • Coordinate end-to-end eventlogisticsincluding venue management,,signage, agendas, attendee communications, and branded materials.

  • Manage exhibit and event operations including booth setup/takedown, vendor coordination, equipment scheduling, product ordering, shipping, inventory management, and material forecasting.

  • Overseelogisticsfor demoequipment,andproduct delivery, return, and disposal.

  • Coordinate intake and execution of third-party exhibits, sponsorships, and educational opportunities.

  • Ensure all events and activitiescomply withAdvaMedguidelines, healthcare regulations, corporate branding standards, andrequireddocumentation processes.

  • Support lead capture, post-event follow-up, reporting, budget tracking, invoice processing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Partner cross-functionallywith marketing, sales, leadership, vendors,associationsand healthcare professionals to support high-quality customer engagements and presentations.

  • Maintain organized event materials, schedules, and communication plans while providing onsite support during events.

  • Continuously develop knowledge of orthopedic products, healthcare marketing, and event industry best practices.
