Job description

We are HIringOutside Sales Representative which is responsible for building and maintaining professionalrelationships with physicians, healthcare providers, referral coordinators, and communityorganizations to increase awareness of the Company's services and support business growth.

This role requires extensive daily travel within an assigned territory, regular in-person visits tohealthcare providers, and excellent customer service and relationship-building skills. TheOutside Sales Representative serves as a professional ambassador for the Company byeducating referral sources about available services, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering long-term partnerships. This position is primarily field-based and requires independenttime management and reliable transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, specialists,hospitals, and other referral sources.

Promote the Company's healthcare services through face-to-face meetings,presentations, and educational discussions.

Represent the Company professionally at community events, networking opportunities,and healthcare functions.

Conduct a minimum of fifteen (15) physician office visits each scheduled workday,unless otherwise directed by management.

Develop an efficient daily schedule to maximize productivity and coverage.

Accurately document all visits, meetings, and outreach activities in the Company'stracking system.

Submit required daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports to the reporting manager.

Distribute company-approved marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and promotionalitems to physician offices, healthcare facilities, community organizations, andprospective referral sources.

Maintain an adequate inventory of company-approved marketing materials and requestreplenishment as needed.

Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor information tomanagement.

Attend sales meetings, staff meetings, training sessions, and other required meetings.Compliance

QualificationsRequired

High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in outside sales, customer service, business development, hospitality, retail sales, or another customer-facing role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Valid driver's license.

Reliable personal vehicle with proof of insurance.

Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

Physical Requirements
