Job Description

We seek strong candidates in robotic control system engineering and development to join our talented team. The robotics control software engineer positions require:
3+ years of software development experience in robotic applications;
ย ย ย  Extensive knowledge of the Linux environment;
ย ย ย  Extensive knowledge of Python and C/C++
ย ย ย  Experience / Familiarity with the following;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  network programming;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  manipulator control and/or automation precess control;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  serial communication (e.g., SPI) and CAN bus communication protocols;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  sensing and control hardware;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  ROS;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  DSPs;
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  EtherCAT;

Qualifications

The candidates for these positions should be able to work in a team environment and coordinate the robotic development efforts, including software module development, sensing, motion control, integration and testing.
A Bachelor degree or Master degree in Robotics Engineering with experience in robotic navigation control software development is preferred. Experience on robotic sensing and control system integration of mobile robotic navigation is highly desirable. Knowing computer vision, development and control is a plus.
