APostdoctoralFellowpositionisavailablein the Department of Physiology and Cell Biology at the University of Nevada Reno, School of Medicine,tostudythe involvement of cholesterol and lipid metabolism inthepathogenesisofinherited peripheralneuropathies.

Required Qualifications

  • Applicants mustholdadoctoral degreeinthefieldofneuroscience,pharmacology,or molecularand cellbiology obtained within 5 years of start date.

  • Excellentoralandwritten communication skills

  • Strongrecordof productivity from previous training

  • A thorough knowledge in molecularandcellularbiology, and/or neuroscienceis essential.
