We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Medical Office Receptionist to join our busy Medical Imaging Center. This front desk role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing outstanding patient service while thriving in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This center currently utilizes the Synapse electronic health record (EHR) system.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and schedule patient appointments.
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate patient records.
  • Process patient paperwork and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Assist with daily administrative and front office operations.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, technologists, and office staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:
